On sale... again! Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch was put back on the market on Wednesday for $67 million

Waiting on a buyer: The firm who bought the singer's debt and then restored the property have been trying to sell the sprawling ranch, which is located just outside of Santa Barbara, California, for almost two years

His happy place: The iconic star (seen here in 2002) turned the ranch located just outside of Santa Barbara, California, into an amusement park and mega mansion

Ready to be a winery: The ranch is now listed by Joyce Ray and almost all the telltale signs if its former famous owner have been erased turning the 2700-acre property from a fun park into a grand estate - however, it does come with swans

Beautiful landscape: The ranch is located just 30 minutes from Santa Barbara and two hours from Los Angeles but it is like it is its own little world

Kick back: While the amusement park has now been removed, there are still plenty of things to do with the property

Splish splash: The 50 acre property features a swimming pool with a cabana, basketball court, tennis court and BBQ area

Everlasting: There are still a few small signs that the property was the Neverland Ranch, with its train and clock made from flowers that spells out 'Neverland' retained and restored

Not the same: Neverland (pictured 2001) now known as Sycamore Valley Ranch - which was its name prior to the star buying it in the Eighties

Long gone: The amusement park (pictured 2003) the late King Of Pop constructed and his beloved exotic animals have been removed but there is still some small farm animals on the property

Plenty of space: The main home, which is located between the property's two lakes, is an impressive 12,000-square-feet, with six bedrooms and an attached staff quarters (pictured 2009)

Mini town: Of course, if the new owner wants to entertain there is two guest houses - one four-bedroom and one two-bedroom (pictured)

Ready to entertain: What also remains is a 50-seat movie theater with a private viewing balcony as well as a stage that includes trap doors for magic shows

Bon appetit! The kitchen in the main house (pictured 2009) has three islands and space for a full staff to whip something up

Stripped bare: The singer's former arcade (pictured 2009) features two stories and was once full of video games

Where history was choreographed: A very spacious dance studio (pictured 2009) is housed in the movie theater building

Drink up: A wine cellar below the arcade (pictured 2009) features stone walls and flooring and dark wood shelving

Rest and relaxation: The spa tub in the master bedroom features an ornate swan faucet and a view of the outdoors

Cosy: The ground floor of Jackson's former two-story bedroom (pictured 2009) includes a fireplace and exquisite wooden ceiling

Sleeping quarters: The second floor of Jackson's former two-story bedroom (pictured 2009), where his bed was kept

Fixer upper: A room on the second floor of the main house (pictured 2009) features a sky blue ceiling, carpeted flooring, and patterned walls

Long musical history: The property was the marital home of the King of Pop and Lisa Marie Presley (seen here prior to their 1996 divorce)

Flashback: Jackson getting goofy at Neverland Ranch with child star Macaulay Culkin, whom remained a loyal friend and appeared in his 1991 music video for Black Or White

Wedding bells: Elizabeth Taylor was escorted by Jackson and her son Michael Wilding Jr. to the gazebo where she married Larry Fortensky, her eighth and final husband, in 1991

Financial woes: Jackson (pictured 1983) bought the ranch in 1987 for $19.5 million but then used it as collateral for a loan - which he defaulted on
