فرقت شرطة مكافحة الشغب الهولندية بالقوة مظاهرة مؤيدة للرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان في روتردام وسط تصاعد الأزمة الدبلوماسية بين تركيا وهولندا التي شهدت منع وزيرة تركية من الوصول إلى مبنى قنصلية بلادها واصطحابها إلى خارج الحدود.
واستخدمت قوات الشرطة مدافع المياه لتفريق المحتجين الذي قدر عددهم بنحو ألف متظاهر تجمعوا خارج القنصلية.
وبحسب تقارير صحفية، فقد رشق المتظاهرون الشرطة بزجاجات وهاجموا سياراتها.
وكانت وزيرة الأسرة والشؤون الاجتماعية في تركيا، فاطمة بيتول سايان كايا، قد وصلت عن طريق البر يوم السبت قبل تجمع يستهدف إقناع الناخبين الأتراك في هولندا.
ومن المقرر أن يدلي الناخبون الأتراك بأصواتهم في استفتاء الشهر المقبل حول توسيع صلاحيات أردوغان.
لكن عندما وصلت الوزيرة، رفضت السلطات الهولندية السماح لها بدخول القنصلية، مما أثار سيلا من التغريدات الغاضبة بموقع تويتر.
وقد غادرت كايا هولندا بعدما اصطحبتها الشرطة إلى الحدود مع ألمانيا، وذلك بحسب ما أكده عمدة روتردام في وقت مبكر من صباح الأحد.
وكانت هولندا قد منعت السبت هبوط طائرة وزير الخارجية مولود جاويش أوغلو في روتردام. وتوجه أوغلو إلى مدينة ميتز الفرنسية لإلقاء كلمة أمام حشود من الأتراك هناك.
وقال رئيس الحكومة الهولندية مارك روته على موقع فيسبوك إن “محاولات إيجاد حلول مقبولة بين البلدين ثبت أنها مستحيلة” واصفا وصول الوزيرة التركية إلى روتردام بأنه غير “مسؤول”.
وردت الوزيرة التركية بتغريدة على تويتر قائلة “يجب على العالم أن يتحرك باسم الديمقراطية أمام هذا الفعل الفاشي. هذا السلوك ضد وزيرة لا يمكن قبوله”.
وتعهد رئيس الوزراء التركي بن علي يلدرم بالرد بـ”أشد الطرق” على تصرفات الحكومة الهولندية
