نزل الملايين من المتظاهرين الاثنين إلى شوارع عدة مدن في مختلف أنحاء العالم بمناسبة عيد العمال. وساد المظاهرات التوتر في بعض الأحيان مثل ما حصل في إسطنبول، حيث استخدمت الشرطة الغاز المسيل للدموع ضد محتجين.

أحتفل العالم الاثنين بعيد العمل ونزل الملايين في مظاهرات ومسيرات في عدة دول تحت مختلف الشعارات، حيث تتخذ في   فنزويلا طابع تحد للرئيس نيكولاس مادورو فيما فرقت الشرطة التركية مجموعة محتجين معارضين للحكومة.

وفي فنزويلا، تتخذ التظاهرة التي دعت إليها المعارضة في ذكرى مرور شهر على بدء تعبئتها، شكل تحد للرئيس مادورو.

وبعد شهر على إطلاق موجة الاحتجاجات للمطالبة بانتخابات جديدة وتنحي الرئيس الاشتراكي، أعلن معارضو التشافية (نسبة إلى الرئيس الفنزويلي الراحل هوغو تشافيز، 1999-2013) عن مسيرة في الولايات الـ24 وكذلك في العاصمة كراكاس نحو مباني المحكمة العليا والهيئة الانتخابية.

إضراب في اليونان

وفي اليونان، أحيت نقابات العمال مناسبة الأول من أيار/مايو بمسيرات وإضراب مدته 24 ساعة احتجاجا على تدابير التقشف الجديدة في مقابل استمرار تلقي القروض الدولية.

وتظاهر حوالى عشرة آلاف شخص في أثينا و3500 في تسالونيكي حسب ما أعلنت الشرطة.

وأصدرت نقابة العاملين في القطاع العام التي تحظى بنفوذ بيانا يؤكد أن “الحكومة والدائنين يمارسون ضغوطا شديدة على الشعب والعمال منذ سبع سنوات”.

وكانت النقابات دعت الخميس إلى إضراب عام في 17 أيار/مايو احتجاجا على إجراءات التقشف الجديدة.

وإثر ضغوط من دائنيها (الاتحاد الأوروبي والبنك المركزي الأوروبي وصندوق النقد الدولي)، وافقت الحكومة في نيسان/أبريل على خطوة تقشف جديدة بقيمة 3,6 مليار يورو من خلال خفض معاشات التقاعد العام 2019 وزيادة الضرائب عام 2020.

الشرطة تستخدم الغاز المسيل للدموع ضد المتظاهرين في إسطنبول

في إسطنبول، استخدمت الشرطة التركية الغاز المسيل للدموع الاثنين لتفريق مجموعة من حوالى مئتي متظاهر كانت تسعى للتوجه إلى ساحة تقسيم بوسط المدينة بمناسبة الأول من أيار/مايو رغم حظر السلطات التظاهر في هذه الساحة، حسبما أفاد صحافي في وكالة فرانس برس.

ويحل عيد العمل في تركيا الاثنين وسط توتر بعد أسبوعين على استفتاء قضى بتعزيز صلاحيات الرئيس رجب طيب أردوغان لكن المعارضة ترفض نتائجه.

وكانت مجموعة المتظاهرين التي تم تفريقها وضمت مجموعات يسارية مختلفة، رفعت لافتات تحمل شعارات معادية للحكومة مثل “يحيا الأول من أيار/مايو، لا للديكتاتور!” وذكر صحافي فرانس برس أن الشرطة اعتقلت واحدا من المتظاهرين على الأقل.

مظاهرات في فرنسا

وقعت اشتباكات عنيفة بين الشرطة الفرنسية ومتظاهرين فى العاصمة باريس، تزامنا مع احتفالات العالم بعيد العمال، حيث انطلقت مسيرات احتجاجية فى شوراع العاصمة خلال إحياء ذكرى اليوم العالمى للعمال، إلا أن قوات الأمن الفرنسية استخدمت الغاز المسيل للدموع لتفريق المتظاهرين

وأكدت وسائل إعلام فرنسية، أن الشرطة عززت من تواجدها فى مواقع مسيرات عيد العمال الذى يأتى هذا العام بين دورتى الانتخابات الرئاسية فى البلاد، حيث يحتشد المتظاهرين بشكل أساسى ضد مرشحة اليمين المتطرف مارين لوبان فيما ينقسم البعض حول دعم إيمانويل ماكرون، مرشح الوسط المستقل فى الجولة الثانية المقرر إجراؤها 7 مايو.

وأصيب عدد من رجال الشرطة الفرنسية خلال الاشتباكات، حيث أوضحت الشرطة أن ملثمين وسط المظاهرات استخدموا المولوتوف ضد رجال الأمن، فيما أطلقت الشرطة الغاز المسيل للدموع.

Officers had managed to isolate the violent demonstrators  off to one side of the main march, but struggled to disperse them

A shopping trolley with a large cardboard dragon's head on the front was rolled toward officers at one point. It is not known if anybody was hurt during the clashes

Rioters threw Molotov cocktails at a row of bikes, and appeared to have set one alight, as they called on Le Pen to stand down

Police were seen dragging away several demonstrators, though there is no word yet on how many were arrested

Officers used baton charges to break up crowds before dragging some of the violent protesters away and handcuffing them
