Ms Kulesza said of the image: 'It was our very first time in this spot and we were treated to an unbelievable sunrise. We had taken off our shoes and socks and were sometimes knee deep in extremely cold Atlantic Ocean waves. Jack ended up getting caught by a big wave that temporarily malfunctioned his camera. After an hour on the car heaters it was ok again. Our feet, however, didn’t function properly for several hours afterward'
